We were buying our first property and Chris took all of the stress away from us when choosing the best mortgage for our circumstances. He found multiple options for us even during the recent difficult economic time. As first time buyers we had multiple questions and Chris was always at the other end of the phone no matter what time of day it was. He also arranged a number of Life Insurance policies for us to give us the cover we needed. We now have moved into our house and highly recommend using Chris. We received an outstanding service.

I am self employed and wanted a large mortgage. My then mortgage company would not agree to lend me the money so I turned to Chris. He found me several suitable mortgage options, and when the first would not agree with the seller’s valuation he found me a new one. The mortgage was secured, and I have moved into my wonderful dream home. Chris was superbly efficient and tireless at working behind the scenes to secure the outcome I wanted. Amazing service from Chris. Our fixed rate wasn't due to expire for a number of months, however Chris got in touch to provide an update on the market and advise we apply for a remortgage immediately due to the uncertainty around rates. Within five days of that conversation we received a formal mortgage offer on a much better rate than was available almost immediately after.  

We wanted to re-mortgage and felt that our current lender was uncompetitive. Chris was impressive from his first dealings with us. He obviously knows his business and he put as at ease straight away. He talked us through the pros and cons of the various rates and kept us informed throughout the process. He also arranged some Life Insurance and Critical Illness cover.
